Southeast Alabama Dance Company is excited to bring "Moana"
back to the stage with new choreography and sets. Join Moana, the
daughter of the chief of a Polynesian village, as she travels the
ocean to save her island from a spreading darkness. Along her quest to
return the stolen heart of Te Fiti, the goddess of life, she enlists
the reluctant help of the demigod Maui. Together they overcome
challenges and defeat monsters to save Moana's island. A story about
bravery, family, and following your heart, "Moana" is loved
by all. With stunning dancing, amazing sets, and breathtaking
choreography, this is one of the Company's most magical
productions.
Doors open at 5:30pm, and showtime is 6:00pm.
Concessions and themed merchandise will be available for purchase.
Moana's Island Adventure is Act 1 and has a 55-minute runtime. After a
brief intermission, Act 2 is a ballet showcase highlighting six
different styles for a 25-minute runtime.
