Camping is an adventure, and what's better than an adventure shared with friends! The Brownie Buddies Overnight is the perfect experience for Daisy and Brownie Girl Scouts whether you LOVE camping or are trying it for the first time. At camp, you can explore in nature, eat outdoors, and sleep under the stars. Girl Scouts will learn how to make new friends, keep old friends, and be the best friend you can be.
Daisies will earn the Buddy Camper Badge, and Brownies will
earn the Making Friends Badge. All participants will receive a custom
FUN patch! For extra fun, we're asking all Girl Scouts to bring a
stuffed animal or plush to tagalong the weekend with. Your plushie
will be one of your camping buddies to experience and learn alongside.
Make sure to choose a plush you don't mind taking to camp and that's a
good size to carry around. Girl Scouts and their plush buddies will
enjoy an afternoon tea party, evening campfire, and more!
All participants must be Girl Scout members prior to attendance
(adult and girls). Girls must attend with a designated guardian who is
19 years or older. Participants will sleep in Pioneer and Mariner
Units which include cabins and platform tents. You are welcome to
bring a personal tent to pitch at camp, and please let staff know
ahead of time. A packing list and schedule will be sent out prior to
the event.
